Our color dyeing production line has four kinds of capacity level machines. Most factories operate with a similar machine mix.

Why 150 kg Orders Queue Longer
The 150 kg machines are always very busy. Every client has small orders, so in busy season these machines build a waiting line and your production waits with them.
The Practical Recommendation
If you are dyeing 300 kg per color, the large capacity machines make production noticeably faster, especially in busy season. So for regular fabrics and colors you use repeatedly, please consider consolidating to 300 kg per color where your program allows it.
Consolidating gives you three benefits: faster production on our side, a stock position on your side so you are not waiting on every reorder, and fewer repeated small-lot dyeings, which also improves color consistency between deliveries.
